目的 研究KAI1 基因在肾细胞癌的表达状况。 方法 采用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RTPCR) 技术检测22 例肾癌及22 例非癌肾组织KAI1 m RNA 的表达。 结果 16 例肾癌及22 例非癌肾组织表达KAI1 mRNA,癌组织的表达阳性率显著低于非癌组织( P< 005) ;有肾外浸润或淋巴结转移移的肾癌组织阳性率显著低于无浸润转移者( P< 001)。 结论 KAI1 基因的低表达可促进肾癌细胞转移。
Objective To study the expression of KAI1 gene in renal cell carcinoma. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of KAI-1 mRNA in 22 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 22 cases of non-cancerous renal tissues. Results 16 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 22 cases of non-cancerous kidney tissue expression of KAI 1 mR NA, the positive expression rate of cancer was significantly lower than non-cancerous tissue (P <0 05); with renal infiltration or lymph node metastasis of the kidney The positive rate of cancer tissue was significantly lower than those without metastasis (P <001). Conclusion The low expression of KAI 1 gene can promote renal cell carcinoma metastasis.
