从三七根中分得的皂甙均属原人参二醇型(Pro-topanaxacliol type)或原人参三醇型(Protopa-naxatriol type)皂甙,但当达玛烷型皂甙受酸水解时,会得到不同的皂甙元,生成较复杂的化合物,结构尚不清楚,故我们将三七绒根总皂甙以酸水解后,分离各种皂甙元进行结构研究,考虑也许可提示含其它结构的皂甙。三七根总皂甙,经酸水解后,分离得5种皂甙元:三七根皂甙元A,B,C,D和E。皂甙元B和C与已知样品对照鉴定为人参二醇及人参三醇。根据理化性质及~(13)C核磁共振谱及电子轰击质谱确定三七皂甙元A即是三七叶皂甙元A,系一种人参二醇的含氧庚环衍生物(结构式见上文之)。皂甙元D为20(R)达玛烷3β,12β,20,25-四醇(三七叶皂甙元D)
The saponins obtained from Panax notoginseng belong to the Pro-topanaxacliol type or Protopa-naxatriol type saponin, but when the saponins of Dammarane type are acid-hydrolyzed, they are obtained. Different saponins produced more complex compounds and the structure was not yet known. Therefore, after the acid saponification of Panax notoginseng saponins was performed, various astragaloside elements were separated and studied for structural studies. Considering them may suggest saponins containing other structures. Notoginseng root saponin, after acid hydrolysis, isolated five kinds of saponin yuan: Panax notoginseng A, B, C, D and E. Saponins B and C were identified with known samples as panaxadiol and ginseng triol. According to physicochemical properties and ~(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and electron impact mass spectrometry, it is determined that Panaxaside A is the Panax notoginseng element A, which is an oxygenated heptacycle derivative of panaxadiol (Structural type see above ). Saponin D is 20(R)dammarane 3β,12β,20,25-tetraol (pentaphyllin D)
