本文通过对波斯纳书中所涉及的场域性特征描述,试图较为系统完整介绍和评析该书的写作理路与基本内容。并在结合我国基本国情的基础上,对我国法学研究的进路进行了一定程度的思考。 Through the description of the field features involved in Posner’s book, this article attempts to introduce and analyze the book’s writing rationale and content systematically. On the basis of combining the basic national conditions in our country, we made a certain degree of thinking on the approach of our jurisprudence research.
