应用亲和组织化学方法对18例膀胱移行细胞癌进行酶联雌二醇和酶联孕酮标记,观察ER、PgR的表达。结果显示,ER和PgR分布于癌细胞的胞核和胞浆内。ER阳性率为33.4%,PgR为27.8%,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级移行细胞癌阳性率为35.7%,PgR为38.6%,ER和PgR在Ⅲ级癌细胞中阳性率为25%。本研究提示,在膀胱移行细胞癌中存在一定数量的ER和PgR,分化好的肿瘤细胞阳性率较高,而分化差的肿瘤阳性率较低。
18 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were labeled with enzyme-linked estradiol and enzyme-linked progesterone by affinity microscopy and the expressions of ER and PgR were observed. The results showed that ER and PgR distributed in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cancer cells. The positive rate of ER was 33.4%, PgR was 27.8%. The positive rate of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ transitional cell carcinoma was 35.7% and PgR was 38.6%. The positive rates of ER and PgR in grade Ⅲ cancer Is 25%. This study suggests that there are a certain number of ER and PgR in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The positive rate of well differentiated tumor cells is high, while the poorly differentiated tumors have a low positive rate.
