本文利用红外光谱法测得的表征胆固醇型及胆色素型结石的11个特征峰的相对强度及等离子发射光谱法测出的16种无机元素的含量为变量,进行统计分析。对胆结石的成因进行了初步探索。R型因子分析及双重筛选逐步回归分析的结果都表明两类结石有不同的形成原因及相关的无机元素。
In this paper, the relative intensities of eleven characteristic peaks which characterize cholesterol and bile pigment stones measured by infrared spectroscopy and the content of 16 inorganic elements measured by plasma emission spectrometry were used as variables to make statistical analysis. The causes of gallstones were initially explored. R-factor analysis and double-screen stepwise regression analysis of the results show that the two types of stones have different causes and related inorganic elements.
