本研究采用 RNA dot blot,对 p53及 HSU17714基因在12例大肠癌组织及同一病人的正常肠粘膜中的表达情况作配对研究。结果显示:HSU17714基因的表达水平在大肠癌中明显低于在同一病人的正常肠粘膜中,与已知抑癌基因 p53的杂交结果相似。且这12个病例中,病理切片报告均提示为中晚期肿瘤,都发生了不同程度的浸润和转移。因此,我们推测,HSU17714基因可能是一个新的大肠癌候选抑癌基因,可能在大肠癌的发生发展中具有重要的作用。但是,在大肠癌的演进过程中,HSU17714基因的改变是否真正与肿瘤晚期的表型有关,还有待于进一步的研究。
In this study, RNA dot blot was used to pair the expression of p53 and HSU17714 genes in 12 colorectal cancer tissues and normal intestinal mucosa of the same patient. The results showed that the expression level of HSU17714 gene was significantly lower in colorectal cancer than in the normal intestinal mucosa of the same patient, and the results of hybridization with the known tumor suppressor gene p53 were similar. Among these 12 cases, the pathological section reports showed that they were middle-late stage tumors, and all had different degrees of infiltration and metastasis. Therefore, we speculate that HSU17714 gene may be a new candidate tumor suppressor gene for colorectal cancer, which may play an important role in the development of colorectal cancer. However, in the course of the development of colorectal cancer, whether the alteration of HSU17714 gene is really related to the late phenotype of tumors remains to be further studied.
