采用金刚石工具切削硬脆材料要求机床具有高刚度和超微量进给功能。为满足小型特殊镜头加工的需要,提出一种由压电陶瓷驱动的倾角微调主轴夹盘和实现闭环控制的微进给机构。夹盘采用中心球面轴承支承的高刚度结构,实验表明所设计的机构能满足短焦距镜头切削加工的需要。
The use of diamond tools to cut hard and brittle materials requires the machine to have high stiffness and ultra-micro feed functions. In order to meet the needs of small and special lens processing, a piezoelectric ceramic-driven tilt spindle chuck and a micro-feed mechanism for closed-loop control are proposed. The chuck adopts the high-rigidity structure supported by the center spherical bearing. Experiments show that the designed mechanism can meet the needs of short focal length lens cutting.
