社会公益基金会对促进我国社会公益事业的发展具有重要作用,为此,社会公益基金会必须对公益基金进行合理的管理,以确保社会公益基金的保值增值。但是,目前我国境内的社会公益基金会由于其自身机制方面的问题,社会公益基金的保值增值能力较低,甚至出现了生存危机。笔者在本文中就如何实现社会公益基金的保值增值途径进行简要分析,以期给相关研究者提供一个新的研究视角。
The social welfare foundation plays an important role in promoting the development of social welfare undertakings in our country. Therefore, the social welfare foundation must rationally manage the public welfare funds so as to ensure the preservation and appreciation of social welfare funds. However, at present, the public welfare foundations in China, due to problems with their own mechanisms, have a low ability to preserve and increase value of social welfare funds and even have a crisis of survival. In this article, the author briefly analyzes how to realize the ways of preserving and increasing the value of social welfare funds, with a view to providing relevant researchers with a new perspective.
