薪酬激励是人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分,建立完善的薪酬激励制度不仅能够提高单位的整体工作效率,也有利于提高事业单位的经济效益。本文就人力资源薪酬激励制度当前存在的问题进行分析,并提出优化对策。
Compensation incentive is an important part of human resource management. Establishing and improving a compensation incentive system can not only improve the overall work efficiency of the unit, but also help to improve the economic efficiency of the institution. This paper analyzes the current problems of human resource compensation incentive system and puts forward the optimization measures.
