目的探讨食管癌患者在放射治疗前后去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)的改变,以及其与临床资料的相关性。方法 60例经病理明确诊断的食管癌患者,在放射治疗的前后分别抽取其外周静脉血,用高效液相-荧光检测分析法分析患者外周血中NE、DA及5-HT的含量。结果 (1)食管癌患者放疗前低分化组NE明显低于中、高分化组。放疗后中分化组的NE显著降低,但低分化组显著升高,放疗后低分化组的NE明显高于中分化组。(2)放疗后5-HT显著升高,其中女性5-HT升高显著,>62岁5-HT升高显著。结论高效液相色谱法检测的单胺类神经递质NE、DA、5-HT,结合临床特点分析,说明食管癌患者放疗前后神经递质的改变与食管癌患者的性别、年龄、分化程度等有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) before and after radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer and their correlation with clinical data. Methods Sixty patients with esophageal cancer diagnosed by pathology were collected peripheral venous blood before and after radiotherapy. The contents of NE, DA and 5-HT in peripheral blood were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence analysis. Results (1) In patients with esophageal cancer before radiotherapy poorly differentiated group NE was significantly lower than the moderately differentiated group. After radiotherapy, the NE of the moderately differentiated group decreased significantly, but the level of NE in the poorly differentiated group was significantly higher than that of the moderately differentiated group. (2) 5-HT was significantly increased after radiotherapy, including 5-HT in female, which was significantly increased. Conclusions The monoamine neurotransmitters NE, DA and 5-HT detected by high performance liquid chromatography were used to analyze the changes of neurotransmitter before and after radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer and the gender, age, differentiation, etc. of esophageal cancer patients related.
