拉萨水泥厂是西藏(除昌都外)唯一的水泥厂,1960年建厂以来,产品一直供不应求,其中1980—1985年销售3.5万吨左右。在没有改革以前,内地水泥进藏运输困难,加上价格高达600元/吨,而拉萨水泥价格仅156元/吨左右。尽管质量差些,仍是供不应求。在全国改革开放的形势下,内地车辆运输水泥进藏,拉萨水泥市场由卖方市场变为买方市 Lhasa Cement Plant is the only cement plant in Tibet (except Changduwai). Since the factory was built in 1960, the supply of products has been in short supply, including sales of about 35,000 tons from 1980 to 1985. Before there was no reform, the transportation of cement to the Mainland was difficult, and the price was as high as 600 yuan/ton, while the cement price in Lhasa was only around 156 yuan/ton. In spite of poor quality, supply is still in short supply. Under the situation of the national reform and opening up, cement transportation from the inland areas of China was transported to Tibet, and the cement market in Lhasa changed from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market.
