Objective To measure and evaluate the reliability and validity of military service samples using Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC). Methods Chinese version of CD-RISC, EPQ, SCL-90, Simple Coping Styles Questionnaire and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist (PCL-C) 800 soldiers to test. Results ① Exploratory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire of military stress resilience consisted of 15 items, including 2 factors (resilience and adaptability), and the explained rate of cumulative variance was 43.148%. ② The factors of resilience and the total score and summary There was a significant positive correlation between coping style and EPQ (r = 0.347-0.474, P <0.01), and SCL-90’s anxiety, depression, somatization and reexamination of PCL-C (R = -0.272 ~ -0.142, P <0.01). ③The levels of anxiety, depression, somatization, PCL score in CD-RISC subgroup were significantly higher than those in EPQ (P <0.01); (4) The internal consistency coefficient of Cronbach’sα in the total scale and each factor was 0.767-0.816; (5) The two factors of resilience And between the factors and the total score between 0.640 ~ 0.913 (P <0.01). Conclusion The Chinese version of the 15 items of the military stress resilience scale has good reliability and validity and is suitable for measuring the stress resilience of military personnel. Individual resilience levels can better predict mental health status of individuals after stress .
