淡水白鲳卵呈淡绿色,无粘性,卵膜较薄,静水中沉底,流水中漂浮,一般在孵化桶和缸中孵化,过滤网用40～50目筛绢制成。孵化用水须清新,溶氧高于4毫克/升,并需经70～80目筛绢过滤。适宜的孵化水温为25～28℃,每升水可容4～6千粒受精卵。水流太小应使鱼卵或孵出鱼苗冲到水面中心为度。出膜前后适当加大流量。当鱼苗出齐,能平游时再适当降低流速。
