在韩国经济发展中,一批著名大企业脱颖而出。三星企业集团在1938年创业时仅有2万韩币,去年该集团销售总额跃至约493亿美元,相当于韩国国民生产总额的18%。三星集团成功的诀窍之一是它实施韩国企业界所公认的“人才第一战略。它首创了韩国企业界公开招聘和征募人才制度。招聘高级管理人才的原则是:能力、业绩与指挥观察力。目前,三星集团已公开招聘3.2万余人。据称,三星集团核心机构的成员70%是招聘而来的业务骨干。
In South Korea’s economic development, a group of famous big companies emerged. Samsung Enterprise Group had only 20,000 won in its establishment in 1938. Last year, the group’s total sales jumped to approximately US$49.3 billion, equivalent to 18% of South Korea’s total national production. One of the successes of the Samsung Group is its implementation of the “Talent First Strategy” recognized by the Korean business community. It pioneered the Korean company’s open recruitment and recruiting system. The principle of recruiting senior management personnel is: ability, performance, and command observation. Currently, Samsung Group has openly recruited more than 32,000 people, and it is claimed that 70% of the members of the Samsung Group’s core organization are recruited business leaders.
