根据耦合波理论,对8 mm波段TE01-TE11模式变换器的几何结构进行了优化分析,得到了最优几何参量。用仿真软件优化设计了同一波段TE11-HE11模式变换器。数值计算和仿真结果表明这两个模式变换器组成的TE01-HE11模式变换系统在30.5 GHz和3%带宽内具有99.0%以上的TE01-HE11模式转化效率。热测试验结果表明该系统具有良好的模式变换性能。
According to the coupled wave theory, the geometric structure of TE01-TE11 mode converter in 8 mm band is optimized and the optimal geometric parameters are obtained. The same band of TE11-HE11 mode translator was optimized by simulation software. The numerical calculation and simulation results show that the TE01-HE11 mode conversion system composed of the two mode converters has a TE01-HE11 conversion efficiency of 99.0% or more in the 30.5 GHz and 3% bandwidths. Thermal test results show that the system has a good mode conversion performance.
