湿蒸汽发生器在稠油开采中具有重要的应用价值,适合的注汽量不仅能够提升石油开采的数量,还有利于机械的长久使用,经过大量的研究表明,在大部分的抽油厚度分布中,23t/h是适宜的排放量,在石油开采中蒸汽吞吐效果上具有明显的提升,但是在湿蒸汽发生器运行中也要对注汽速度和压力等参数进行分析,从综合角度计量和提高注汽效果,减少石油开采中的能耗。文章对影响注汽效果的参数进行了分析,并提出了适合参数的探讨。
Wet steam generator has important application value in heavy oil exploitation. The suitable steam injection quantity can not only increase the quantity of oil exploitation, but also facilitate the long-term use of machinery. After a large number of studies have shown that in most of the pumping thickness distribution , 23t / h is the appropriate emission, which has a significant improvement in the effect of steam huff and puff in petroleum exploitation. However, parameters such as steam injection velocity and pressure should also be analyzed in the operation of wet steam generator. From a comprehensive perspective, Improve the steam injection effect and reduce the energy consumption in oil exploration. The article analyzes the parameters that affect the steam injection effect, and puts forward the discussion of suitable parameters.
