为了探究青藏高原地区独特的气候条件下青大1号紫花苜蓿新品系低温胁迫下组织显微结构变化,试验通过显微结构观测,探索冷胁迫下青大1号紫花苜蓿新品系越冬芽组织结构变化情况。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的逐渐延长,新品系紫花苜蓿越冬芽组织结构越发紊乱,外表皮出现破裂现象,部分细胞壁结构出现明显变形;在-20℃处理24 h,部分紫花苜蓿越冬芽组织细胞核及细胞器即出现解离现象。
