从价值创造、价值实现和价值分配三个层面构建了制造业价值竞争力评价体系,并基于2009—2014年相关平均数据,对中国七大区域的制造业价值竞争力水平进行了测度和比较分析。研究结果表明,中国制造业价值竞争力总体水平偏低,价值创造对价值竞争力贡献较高,价值实现和价值分配则相对较低。华东和华中地区制造业价值竞争力最强,华南、华北和东北地区次之,西南和西北地区最弱。从制造业价值竞争力类型看,东北和西北地区属于价值创造型,西南、华北、华中和华东地区属于价值创造和价值分配型,华南地区属于价值实现和价值分配型,各区域内部省区市间制造业价值竞争力差异十分明显。要实现制造强国战略目标,价值竞争力提升是关键。
The evaluation system of manufacturing value competitiveness was constructed from the three levels of value creation, value realization, and value distribution. Based on the relevant average data from 2009 to 2014, the value competitiveness of manufacturing industries in China’s seven major regions was measured and compared. . The research results show that the overall level of China’s manufacturing value competitiveness is low, value creation contributes to value competitiveness, and value realization and value allocation are relatively low. The manufacturing industry in East China and Central China has the strongest value competitiveness, followed by South China, North China and Northeast China, and the weakest in Southwest China and Northwest China. From the point of view of the value-based competitiveness of manufacturing, the northeast and northwest regions belong to the category of value creation. Southwest, North China, Central China, and East China belong to the category of value creation and value distribution. The South China region belongs to value realization and value distribution. Each region has its own provinces, regions, and cities. The difference in the value competitiveness of the manufacturing industry is quite obvious. To achieve the strategic goal of manufacturing a strong country, the enhancement of value competitiveness is the key.
