肿瘤干细胞(TSCs)在肿瘤启动作用中的重要性已在造血系统肿瘤中得到证实,最近亦有在实体瘤中的相关报道。TSCs与正常干细胞具相似的生物学特性,这对研究TSCs与肿瘤转移的关系有非常重要意义。文章简要论述TSCs研究现状及TSCs与肿瘤转移两者可能存在的相关性。
The importance of tumor stem cells (TSCs) in tumorigenesis has been demonstrated in hematopoietic tumors, and recently in solid tumors. TSCs and normal stem cells with similar biological characteristics, which study the relationship between TSCs and tumor metastasis is very important. This article briefly discusses the current status of TSCs and the possible relationship between TSCs and tumor metastasis.
