使用多普勒超声血流计量仪(QFM),对74例有 CT 脑扫描资料的缺血性脑血管病病人,进行了双侧颈总动脉血流各值的测定,发现异常者39例.随后对此39例作颈动脉 B 超,并对其中4例作了脑血管造影,其中27例证实颈动脉颅外段病变。作者根据临床表现,CT 资料、颈动脉 B超以及脑血管造影进行全面分析,认为 QFM 对颈部血管病检查有一定可靠性,特别是临床表现为缺血性脑血管病,而 CT 扫描正常者,QFM 异常可提示颈内动脉颅外段病变,并作为 CT 检查的补充.研究还发现,颈动脉系循环阻抗,可作为判断脑动脉硬化的计量参考指标.
Using Doppler ultrasound flowmeter (QFM), we measured the blood flow of bilateral common carotid arteries in 74 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease with CT brain scan and found abnormalities in 39 cases. Subsequently, 39 patients underwent carotid artery B ultrasound, and 4 of them were made cerebral angiography, of which 27 confirmed the extracranial carotid artery disease. Based on a comprehensive analysis of clinical manifestations, CT data, carotid artery B-ultrasound and cerebral angiography, the authors concluded that QFM has some reliability in the detection of cervical vascular disease, in particular, clinical manifestations of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and CT scan normal , QFM abnormalities can prompt extracranial lesions of internal carotid artery, and as a supplement to CT examination.The study also found that the circulatory impedance of the carotid artery, cerebral arteriosclerosis can be used as a measurement of reference indicators.
