目的 观察去势后大鼠发生骨质疏松后甲状腺的功能及病理变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法 采用去势后大鼠建立绝经后骨质疏松动物模型,于术后12周测定血清T3、T4及TSH变化,并观察甲状腺滤泡细胞的病理及超微结构变化。结果 去势后大鼠甲状腺T3分泌明显减少,甲状腺对垂体TSH敏感性降低。电镜观察见滤泡细胞内分泌颗粒减少,细胞功能低下。结论 骨质疏松伴有甲状腺功能降低与其相适应,这可能对机体是一种保护效应。提示临床上老年性骨质疏松伴有甲状腺功能减低,以治疗原发病为主。
Objective To observe the function and pathological changes of thyroid after osteoporosis in castrated rats and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The rat model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was established after castration. The changes of serum T3, T4 and TSH were measured at 12 weeks after operation. The pathological and ultrastructural changes of thyroid follicular cells were observed. Results After thyroidectomy, the thyroid secretion of thyroid significantly decreased in thyroid, and the sensitivity of thyroid to hypophysis TSH decreased. Electron microscopy showed that follicular cells reduced endocrine particles, cell dysfunction. Conclusion Osteoporosis associated with reduced thyroid function may be a protective effect on the body. Prompted clinical senile osteoporosis associated with hypothyroidism to treat the primary disease-based.
