目的:探讨梅卤的抗氧化作用及测定其主要的抗氧化功能成分——Lyoniresinol。方法:采用化学模拟体系测定梅卤的总抗氧化能力、清除DPPH自由基能力;用HPLC法测定梅卤中Lyoniresinol的含量。结果:梅卤对DPPH自由基清除能力(IC50)为0.0223mL,1mL梅卤相当于0.689mgTBHQ对DPPH自由基的清除能力,其总抗氧化能力(TAC)为(13.947±0.1374)mmol/mL(FARP法)。用乙酸乙酯萃取梅卤,然后过HPD-100大孔吸附树脂柱,再用20%乙醇洗脱。HPLC法测定的Lyoniresinol含量为1.748mg/L。结论:梅卤具有较强的抗氧化能力。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidative effect of melanin and to determine its main anti-oxidant function component, Lyoniresinol. Methods: The chemiluminescence system was used to determine the total antioxidant capacity of MeHha and the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity. The content of Lyoniresinol in MeHha was determined by HPLC. Results: The IC50 of MEH was 0.0223mL, and 1mL MEHH was equivalent to 0.689mg TBHQ. The total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of DPPH free radical was (13.947 ± 0.1374) mmol / mL ( FARP method). Mercuric chloride was extracted with ethyl acetate, then passed through HPD-100 macroporous resin column and then eluted with 20% ethanol. The Lyoniresinol content determined by HPLC was 1.748 mg / L. Conclusion: Melamine has a strong antioxidant capacity.
