本文利用牌号为J557的焊条和牌号ER60-G的焊丝,探索了手工电弧焊与CO_2气体保护焊在横焊位状态下GE300铸钢件补焊工作。通过实验确定了两种焊接方法的工艺参数,为铸钢件GE300的补焊提供了技术指导。同时,对比两块试板的机械性能发现,CO_2气体保护焊的抗拉强度、冲击韧性和硬度都更好一些,但是手工电弧焊方式更为灵活,适用于各种焊接位置的焊接,因此两种焊接方式在铸件补焊工作中都发挥着重要的作用。
In this paper, welding wire of brand J557 and ER60-G of brand ER60 were used to explore the welding work of GE300 steel castings in manual arc welding and CO2 gas shielded welding. Through experiment, the technological parameters of two kinds of welding methods were determined, which provided the technical guidance for repairing welding of GE300 steel castings. At the same time, comparing the mechanical properties of the two test plates, it is found that the tensile strength, impact toughness and hardness of the CO_2 gas shielded welding are better, but the manual arc welding method is more flexible and suitable for welding at various welding positions. Therefore, Ways of welding in the casting repair work has played an important role.
