近来在美国煤矿中,广泛使用一种60B型新式氧气呼吸器。这种最新型氧气发生式呼吸器采用闭回路方式装置,配带人员能够很自由地进行活动和呼吸,即便在紧急避难的场合,最低限度也能保证供应1个小时的氧气。如果是配带人员在静坐等待救护队来救护的情况下,可以保证供应约5个小时的氧气。这种氧气呼吸器经国家矿山局及有关部门的鉴定合格,具有构造坚固、长期保存性能也基本不变,使用中易维修等优点。 作业原理 此种呼吸器所产生的氧气,是利用过氧化钾(KO_2)通过过滤器芯子吸收呼出的二氧化碳放出氧气的原理制造的。呼吸器的外壳一被拨动,容器的氯水即被加热,一分钟便可产生出所需要的5公升的氧气。接着过氧化钾的过滤器芯子依靠水分和呼出的二氧化碳进行反应,继续产生氧气。过氧化钾反应过程中放出的热量被热交换器吸收,确保呼出的气体温度稳定在45℃以下。
