一、引言激光器的锁模是1964年利用染料激光器首次实现的。70年代中期,具有快、慢饱和吸收体的锁模理论已基本完善。到80年代初,R.L.Fork等人用染料激光器实现了激光器的碰撞脉冲锁模,从而可获得更短的光脉冲,受到广泛重视,并被推广应用。1985年P.P.Vasil′ev将这种技术用到AlGaAs双异质结激光器上,得到了脉宽0.8ps的超短光脉冲。五年后,M.C.Wu等人成功地利用这种技术制成由调制器、可饱和吸收体及有源波导构成
First, the introduction of the laser mode-locked 1964 dye laser for the first time realized. In the mid-1970s, the theory of mode-locking with fast and slowly saturated absorbers had been substantially improved. By the early 1980s, R.L.Fork et al. Realized a pulsed laser mode-locking with a pulsed laser, which resulted in a shorter pulse of light, which received widespread attention and was widely used. In 1985, P.P.Vasil’ev applied this technique to an AlGaAs double heterostructure laser to obtain an ultra-short optical pulse with a pulse width of 0.8 ps. Five years later, M.C.
