目的通过建立有创H反射动物实验模型,为术中行选择性神经切断治疗脑瘫下肢痉挛提供理论依据。方法神 经肌电图仪检测 5只正常成年雄性 SD大鼠(体质量 240~260g)腓肠肌肉、外侧头的最细一支神经终支,诱发肌电 H反 射。结果 H波形态大部分为双峰波,潜伏期 2.2-3.5 ms,时限 0.1~0.2 ms。腓肠肌外侧头神经终支结果与内侧头相同。结 论该模型获取数据稳定,结果精确,为进一步实验研究和临床手术应用莫定了基础。
Objective To establish the experimental model of invasive H-reflex animal model for the treatment of cerebral palsy with selective nerve transection for the treatment of lower extremity spasm provide a theoretical basis. Methods Neuromuscular examination was performed on 5 normal adult male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 240-260 g. The gastrocnemius muscle and the thinnest branch of the lateral head of the sural nerve were terminated, and electromyography H-reflex was induced. Results The majority of H wave morphology was bimodal wave, with an incubation period of 2.2-3.5 ms and a time limit of 0.1-0.2 ms. Gastrocnemius Muscle Lateral nerve terminal outcome is the same as medial head. Conclusion The data obtained by the model is stable and the result is accurate, which lays the foundation for further experimental research and clinical application.
