为了矫治原发性下颌前突畸形,对6名下颌前突患者进行了下颌骨双侧对称性去骨术,手术使下颌骨形态和位置发生了明显的改变,同时需要舌、咽部组织的适应。舌骨位置与下颌骨形态和位置有关的报道,使我们考虑到以舌骨作为一项有关结构来加以评价。本研究的目的是通过X线头影测量方法,观察下颌前突畸形外科正畸矫治后舌骨位置的变化。从而讲一步探讨外科手术对咽腔通道的影响.
In order to correct the primary mandibular protrusion deformity, mandibular bilateral symmetrical deboning was performed in 6 patients with mandibular protrusion.
