在自动线上镗孔时,常因镗刀磨损等原因,使所镗孔径发生变化。对这种变化若不及时进行监测和控制,将会导致孔径超差而产生废品。传统的方法是靠人工检测已加工好的孔径,根据检测结果,再由人工进行镗刀微量补偿调整工作。此法费时费力,且人为因素大,微调精度差。为此,国外普遍采用在线检测和刀具自动补偿系统;国内也有一些单位开始应用和继续研究这种先进技术。镗孔自动检测补偿系统大致可分为三部分:测量装置、放大控制装置和补偿装置。测量装置用以直接感受已镗工件的孔径,将尺寸几何量转换为电模拟量,进而将此检测信号传递给放大控制装置。放大控制装置类似一台专用微处理机,
