对 3个聚丙烯腈纤维生产、加工厂的 10个岗位进行了粉尘浓度监测 ,共测得样品 71个 ,平均浓度为 1.6 5 mg/ m3(0 .2 7~ 8.88m g/ m3) ;对 6个岗位进行了个体接触水平测定 ,监测样品 18个 ,其时间加权平均浓度为 1.2 8mg/ m3(0 .2 7~ 4 .2 4 mg/ m3) ,并结合我国现有经济、技术情况 ,动物实验研究和健康体检结果 ,提出车间空气中聚丙烯腈纤维粉尘最高容许浓度为 4 m g/ m3,时间加权平均容许浓度为 2 mg/ m3,此项建议已得到国家劳动卫生标准委员会 (1997年 )的认可
A total of 71 samples with the average concentration of 1.6 5 mg / m3 (0.27 ~ 8.88 mg / m3) were tested on 10 positions of 3 polyacrylonitrile fiber production and processing plants. A total of 18 post-treatment and post-treatment trials were carried out to determine the level of individual exposure. 18 samples were monitored with a weighted average concentration of 1.2 8 mg / m3 (0.27-4.42 mg / m3). Based on the existing economic and technical conditions in our country, The maximum allowable concentration of polyacrylonitrile fiber dust in workshop air was 4 mg / m3 and the time-weighted average allowable concentration was 2 mg / m3.
