近年来,天津市委按照中央的决策部署和胡锦涛总书记对天津工作的一系列重要指示,着力构筑高端产业、自主创新、生态宜居三个高地,全力打好滨海新区开发开放、结构调整优化升级、体制机制改革创新、文化大发展大繁荣、保持社会和谐稳定五个攻坚战,有效应对了国际金融危机,胜利完成了“十一五”规划确定的主要目标和任务,为“十二五”时期良好开局打下了坚实基础,探索了一条具有天津特点的科学发展之路。
