为了将制造重水堆燃料棒束使用的铍材国产化,在工艺鉴定合格的基础上,分析国产铍材燃料棒束堆内运行的要求,制定国产铍材燃料棒束专项生产计划,并将生产的国产铍材燃料棒束装入秦山第三核电厂的2号机组反应堆中进行验证试验。结果表明:国产铍材燃料棒束的质量和性能满足秦山第三核电厂重水堆机组运行的要求。建议后续对铍涂覆过程进行精细化控制,使涂覆质量最佳。
In order to make the beryllium material used in producing the heavy water reactor fuel bundle, based on the qualified qualification of the process, the requirements of domestic beryllium fuel rod bundle operation were analyzed and the special production plan of domestic beryllium fuel bundle was developed. The production of Of domestic beryllium fuel rods bundled into Qinshan No. 3 nuclear power plant unit 2 to verify the test reactor. The results show that the quality and performance of domestic beryllium fuel bundles meet the requirements of heavy water reactor units in Qinshan Third Nuclear Power Plant. It is recommended that the subsequent beryllium coating process be finely controlled so that the coating quality is optimal.
