随着我国新农村建设的进一步深入,农村必将成为未来住宅建设大跨越发展的又一主战场,绿色乡村住宅的研究是未来乡村住宅发展的主旋律。传统民居虽然蕴含着大量的传统文化与生活智慧,但由于其近些年来的发展缓慢,没有满足居民对于居住的需求,导致其大量被废弃。通过对现代乡村住宅设计的基本原则、技术原则、平面空间原则三方面的总结,探索新时代背景下,适应广大乡村民众需求兼具地域特色的新型绿色民居。
With the further development of new rural areas in our country, rural areas will surely become another main battlefield for the future development of residential buildings. The study of green rural residential buildings will be the main theme of rural residential development in the future. Although traditional houses contain a lot of traditional culture and wisdom of life, due to its slow development in recent years, residents have not met the demand for housing, resulting in a large number of abandoned. Through the summary of the basic principles, technical principles and plane space principle of modern rural residential design, this paper explores new green residential buildings that adapt to the needs of the majority of rural residents and the regional characteristics in the new era.
