液压机行程停位精度是液压机先进性能的主要衡量指标,它直接影响着锻件产品的加工质量及液压机自动化生产。作者采用人工神经元网络来提取液压机工况条件和超程值之间的一般关系,并将其用于超程预测,从而实现了高精度停位控制。研究及大量试验表明:该方法不仅具有停位精度高及稳定性好等特点,而且这种控制系统的控制能力可以在液压机生产过程中具有不断提高的智能特性。该方法在3.15MN液压机上的停位控制精度已能达到±0.5mm.
Hydraulic machine stoppage accuracy is the main measure of advanced performance hydraulic machine, it directly affects the quality of forging products and hydraulic machine automation production. The authors use artificial neural networks to extract the general relationship between operating conditions and overrun values for hydraulic presses and apply them to overrun predictions to achieve high-precision stop control. Research and a large number of experiments show that this method not only has the characteristics of high parking accuracy and good stability, but also the control ability of this control system can have ever-increasing intelligent characteristics in the hydraulic machine production process. The method in 3.15MN hydraulic machine on the stop control accuracy has been able to reach ± 0.5mm.
