企业文化已经成为现代企业核心竞争能力的重要构成要素。企业文化从理论到实践建设仍会经历一个冲突而漫长的过程。我国的企业文化建设目前正在经历一些误区,如何正确分析这些误区背后隐含的假设系统具有重要的实际意义。本文就企业文化建设七个方面的误区进行探讨和研究,并指出迈出误区的三个关键性环节。
Corporate culture has become an important component of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises. Corporate culture from theory to practice will still experience a long process of conflict. The construction of our country’s corporate culture is currently undergoing some misunderstandings. It is of important practical significance to correctly analyze the hypothetical systems behind these misunderstandings. This article discusses and studies the misunderstandings in seven aspects of corporate culture construction and points out the three key steps in taking the erroneous zone.
