1995年,我县主动适应经济体制和增长方式两个根本性转变,解放思想,真抓实干,使乡镇企业在大发展大提高道路上迈出了坚实的一步。1995年,全县乡镇企业完成总产值39.85亿元,比上年增长44.75%;实现营业收入35.58亿元,比上年增长49.4%;实现利税2.69亿元,比上年增长48.5%。其中工业产值24.39亿元、利税1.26亿元,分别比上年增长65.6%、48.2%。一、解放思想换脑筋,在增强发展意识上突破实践证明,没有思想的不断解放就不可能有乡镇企业的大发展。在经济体制转轨变型和发展难度加大的新形势下,解放思想显得尤为重要。去年县委、县政府先后三次组织21个乡镇、县直各有关部门和企业负责人到乡镇企业比较发达的地区学习取经。我们还利用广交会、’95北京新技术新产品合资洽谈会等机会,组织有关乡镇和企业领导参加,广交

First, the emancipation of the mind for the sake of a breakthrough in the development of awareness of the practice has proved that without the continued liberation of ideas there can be no major development of township enterprises. In the new situation where the transition of the economic system is changing and the development is more difficult, the emancipation of the mind becomes even more important. Last year, the county party committee and the county government organized 21 townships, counties, departments and enterprise leaders to study and learn from the regions where township and village enterprises were relatively developed. We also used the opportunity of the Canton Fair and the ’95 Beijing New Technology and New Products Joint Venture Conference to organize leaders from related townships and enterprises to participate in the Expo.
