Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors was analyzed by univariate analysis. Results The positive expression rates of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 were significantly different between TNM stage and lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05). The positive rate of expression of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 in different groups The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between Ezrin protein and CD44v6 expression in pancreatic cancer (r = 0.38, P <0.05). Conclusions The abnormal expression of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Both of them may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. The combined detection of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 may be helpful in judging the metastasis potential of pancreatic cancer and providing new treatment and prognosis The target.
