音乐教育是实施素质教育的一个重要途径。它对于人格的塑造、思维的发展、创造力的培养、文化修养的提高等方面起积极的作用。甘南藏族自治州位于甘肃省南部,是全国十个藏族自治州之一,地处青藏高原东北边缘。甘南州农牧村学校的音乐教育现状不容乐观,主要体现在音乐教育观念落后、相关设备不齐全、师资力量薄弱、专业水平不高等。
Music education is an important way to implement quality education. It plays a positive role in the shaping of personality, the development of thinking, the cultivation of creativity and the improvement of cultural cultivation. Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located in southern Gansu Province, is one of the ten Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located on the northeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The status quo of music education in farming and pastoral schools in Gannan is not optimistic, mainly reflected in the backward concepts of music education, the lack of relevant equipment, the weak teachers and the low professional level.
