目的 研究颌面骨折应用钛板坚强内固定治疗的临床效果.方法 选取2007年2月-2016年2月期间,本院收治颌面骨折患者86例,根据手术方式分两组:54例钛板坚强内固定治疗者为观察组,32例钢丝内固定治疗者为对照组,观察比较两组的临床效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为96.30％,较对照组的75.00％显著提高(P＜0.05);观察组的住院时间及骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组无明显并发症,与对照组的12.50％比较显著降低(P＜0.05).结论 颌面骨折应用钛板坚强内固定治疗效果显著,可促进骨折愈合并缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广应用.
