本工作用慢应变速率应力腐蚀试验技术研究了0Crl8Ni9不锈钢在不同沸点MgCl_2溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂行为,并与不同条件的恒负荷试验结果进行了比较,在材料一介质系统的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性较低时,慢应变速率应力腐蚀试验方法有灵敏度高、试验时间短、试验结果确切的优点,而且应变速率在一定程度上反映了材料一介质系统的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性。恒负荷及慢应变速率应力腐蚀试验期间腐蚀电位的测量表明,电位先朝正方向,然后朝负方向移动显示了一种膜生成及膜破裂的过程。
In this work, the stress corrosion cracking behavior of 0Crl8Ni9 stainless steel in MgCl 2 solution with different boiling points was investigated by slow strain rate stress corrosion testing technique. The stress corrosion cracking behavior of 0Crl8Ni9 stainless steel was compared with the results of constant load test under different conditions. The lower, the slow strain rate stress corrosion test method has the advantages of high sensitivity, short test time, the exact test results, and the strain rate to a certain extent, reflects the material-media system stress corrosion cracking sensitivity. Measurement of Corrosion Potential During Constant Stress and Slow Strain Rate Stress Corrosion Tests show that the potential first moves in a positive direction and then in a negative direction shows a process of film formation and film rupture.
