通过断口宏微观分析、X射线能谱成分分析以及与人工断口的对比等试验方法,对高温区断裂平管嘴进行了失效分析。结果表明:平管嘴断裂方式为液态致脆中的Cd脆断裂;将高温区导管的平管嘴材料由30CrMnSiA改为1Cr17Ni2可以有效避免高温区平管嘴裂纹的产生。
Through the macroscopic and micro-fracture analysis, the X-ray energy spectrum analysis and the comparison with the artificial fracture, the failure analysis of the flat nozzle in the high temperature region was conducted. The results show that the fracture mode of flat nozzle is Cd brittle fracture in liquid brittle fracture. Changing the flat nozzle material of high temperature conduit from 30CrMnSiA to 1Cr17Ni2 can effectively avoid the crack in high temperature nozzle.
