介绍了覆膜钼粉的制备及其选区激光烧结成型、后处理工艺技术。对激光烧结成型过程进行了实验研究,获得优化的成型工艺参数;开发了成型件的后处理工艺,包括真空炉脱脂及预烧结、高温烧结钼骨架结合渗铜工艺,并制作了后处理试验件。所得到的钼铜材料具有可加工性、耐烧蚀、高电导和高热导的特点。该成型技术及材料可应用于航空航天器高温部件和电子工业高电导散热元件的制造。
The preparation of coated molybdenum powder and laser sintering of its constituency are introduced. The aftertreatment technology is introduced. The sintering process of the laser was studied experimentally to obtain the optimized molding process parameters. The post-treatment process of the molded parts was developed, including the degreasing and pre-sintering in vacuum furnace, the molybdenum skeleton combined with copper infiltration by high temperature sintering, and the post-processing test piece . The resulting molybdenum-copper material has machinability, ablation resistance, high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity characteristics. The molding technology and materials can be applied to the manufacture of high-temperature parts for aerospace and high-conductivity heat-dissipating components in the electronics industry.
