沙漠不是环境保护的法外之地,沙漠具有重要的经济潜力和生态潜力,中国沙漠面积广阔,但是受破坏严重。其原因主要是由于立法严重滞后,无法可依导致的。本文总结我国目前沙漠立法的概况和特点,并指出我国沙漠资源保护急需立法的迫切性。
Deserts are not an extra-legal site for environmental protection. Deserts have important economic potential and ecological potential. The vast area of deserts in China is badly damaged. The reason is mainly due to the serious lag of legislation that can not be induced. This article summarizes the current situation and characteristics of desert legislation in our country and points out the urgency of legislation that urgently needs protection of desert resources in our country.
