随着经济建设的发展,我们正在经历由建设小康社会,向建设转型期,我们必须清醒地认识到新时期群众文化活动呈现出来的新态势、新情况、新格局,组织开展好群众文化活动,才能进一步满足人民群众日益增长的文化需求,才能为建设和谐社会提供支持.本文通过对群众文化的重新定位,明确了从三个方面着手,组织开展群众文化活动.
With the development of economic construction, we are going through a period of building a moderately prosperous society and a period of transition to construction. We must clearly understand the new situation, new conditions and new patterns of mass cultural activities that have emerged in the new period and organize and carry out mass cultural activities. Can we further satisfy the growing cultural needs of the masses and provide support for the construction of a harmonious society.Through the reorientation of mass culture, it is clear that we should start from three aspects and organize the mass cultural activities.
