为降低入射角对激光位移传感器测量精度的影响, 提出一种新型的误差补偿方法:先采用 B P 神经网络实现测量误差与法矢章动角和进动角的映射关系, 再借助于该映射进行误差补偿。实验结果表明所提出的误差补偿方法可有效地提高激光位移传感器的测量精度。在此基础上, 进一步提出了自由曲面测量误差的补偿方法。
In order to reduce the effect of incident angle on the measurement accuracy of laser displacement sensor, a new error compensation method is proposed. First, the mapping relationship between measurement error and normal and normal angles of nutation and precession angle is achieved by using B P neural network. Perform error compensation. Experimental results show that the proposed error compensation method can effectively improve the laser displacement sensor measurement accuracy. On this basis, the method to compensate the measurement error of freeform surface is proposed.
