在开展教研活动时,我们总会安排评课这一环节,但是由于种种原因,教师们在评课过程中,或评课意识薄弱,或缺少评课技巧,或评课内容缺乏深度,使评课只局限于浅表层面,流于形式,形同鸡肋。为改变这一现状,提升教研活动的有效性,充分发挥英语教师在评课过程中的主动性和积极性,我区在开展英语教学研讨活动时,进行了评课方式的创新。通过研讨活动分阶段的任务向导,使评课由形同“虚设”到深层“落实”
