现在机械行业所采用的气动测量,绝大多数是用来测量孔和轴的直径,其中测量孔径又占多数。这种气动测量头基本上是按照对向喷咀的原理设计的。在设计和制造测量头的过程中能否消除测量头的位置误差,即把位置误差控制在允许的范围内,是制造测量头成败的关键。本文介绍用对向喷咀原理设计的气动内径测量头位置误差产生原因的分析及其消除方法,以供参考。
Nowadays, the aerodynamic measurement used in the machinery industry is mostly used to measure the diameter of the hole and the shaft, and the measurement aperture is the majority. This pneumatic measuring head is basically in accordance with the principle of the nozzle design. In the design and manufacture of measuring head in the process can eliminate the head position error, that is, the position error control within the allowable range, is the key to the success of the measurement head. This article introduces the principle of the nozzle to the nozzle design of the pneumatic inner diameter of the position error analysis and its elimination method for reference.
