气管插管和气管切开对保持呼吸道通畅，治疗呼吸困难，都具有重要的作用。但是，气管插管和气管切开均可因种种原因而并发呼吸困难，对这些病人的及时恰当处理，是耳鼻喉科急诊内容之一。近年来，笔者成功救治气管插管和气管切开并发呼吸困难患者12例。现将有关体会报告如下。1 Tracheal intubation and tracheostomy to maintain airway patency, treatment of dyspnea, have an important role.
