我单位从日本进口的IPF-90B混凝土泵车,曾两次发生滑阀衬垫损坏。原以为是螺栓拧紧力矩未达到厂家要求;或因滑阀部分a、b间隙(见图1)超过厂家应小于10mm的要求所致。后来,我们严格按厂方规定进行安装,但使用1～2天后,滑阀衬垫又损坏了。为此,我们对损坏部件进行了分析,从中找出修复的方法。检修后,经半年多使用,情况良好,从未发生异常情况(滑阀部分示意图如图1和图2所示)。
Two units of IPF-90B concrete pump trucks imported from Japan suffered sprag liner damage twice. Originally thought that the bolt tightening torque did not meet the manufacturer’s requirements; or because the spool valve parts a, b gap (see Figure 1) exceeds the manufacturer should be less than 10mm requirements. Later, we strictly followed the manufacturer’s regulations, but after 1 to 2 days of use, the spool gasket was damaged. For this reason, we analyzed the damaged parts and found out how to fix them. After overhauling, after more than half a year of use, the situation is good and no abnormal situation has occurred (the schematic diagram of the spool valve is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2).
