单层索网幕墙是一种新型的点支式柔性玻璃幕墙体系,因其具有通透性好、轻盈美观和施工灵活等特点得到广泛应用。但是在设计分析时需要考虑预应力和几何非线性大变形的影响,难度有所增加。参照北京新保利大厦二期工程单层索网玻璃幕墙,于清华大学结构工程实验室建立了1∶10比例的试验模型。本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对含主次索的复杂单层索网模型在水平荷载作用下的变形性能进行分析,并比较预应力和玻璃刚度的影响。通过有限元分析结果和试验数据的对比,验证有限元计算方法和结果的可靠性,为实际工程设计提供依据。
The single-layer cable net curtain wall is a new type of point-supported flexible glass curtain wall system, which has been widely used due to its characteristics of good permeability, lightness and appearance, and flexible construction. However, in the design analysis, it is necessary to consider the influence of large deformations of prestress and geometric nonlinearity, and the difficulty is increased. Referring to the single-layer cable net glass curtain wall of the second phase of the Beijing New Poly Building, a 1:10 ratio test model was established in the structural engineering laboratory of the Tsinghua University. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the deformation performance of a complex single-layer cable net model with primary and secondary cables under horizontal load, and the effects of prestress and glass stiffness are compared. Through the comparison of the finite element analysis results with the experimental data, the reliability of the finite element calculation method and results was verified and the basis for the actual engineering design was provided.
