公路的建设和发展是促进经济和人民生活水平提高的基本条件,但公路的兴建经常会影响和破坏沿线地区自然环境的平衡状态,主要表现为路基占用土地、拆迁建筑物、破坏森林植被、噪声、水土流失、水质污染、涝渍、影响野生动物栖息地等。将公路施工中对沿途环境造成的不良影响和破坏降低到最小程度,是公路建设单位义不容辞的责任和义务。
The construction and development of highways are the basic conditions for promoting economic and people’s living standard improvement.
